Man, is this a bad ass city. It's easy to navigate by bike, tons of parks, trail running/mountain biking right outside the city, and unbelievable views. The only draw back is it's the #1 place in America for cost living due to the fact it can not expand east/west or north/south, and it can not expand vertically due to being on a major fault line. Austin, TX and San Francisco are definitely at the top of the list currently to move to.
